So I've got a number of contacts on my MSN list that I don't use much; mostly people from high school. I keep them on because we do occasionally check in on each other. One of them's a guy I used to know fairly well. Chauvinist and a bit of a pervert (we used to get in raving fights in English classes) but otherwise a nice, sane kinda guy. Out of the blue, I got a msn message from him. Started of normal; hi, hey. Then he was calling me sexy, asking for a webcam connection, telling me to 'get naked' and repeating the word 'sex.' I had to check the contact but it was definitely him, the guy I used to punch in English for making sexist comments and say hello to in the halls.

As I see it there are three options:
1. a bad joke
2. someone else using his msn account
3. He's turned into a troll

*stares at the last* That... gives me a very weird feeling. Trolls are meant to be this weird deformed species, who crawled out of the ground fully formed in all their weirdness. Not someone you used to have lunch with.

No, the name is linked to your email, so even if you change your name your email identity stays the same. But maybe one of his friends is being a twat and using his account. Still... 'twas disturbing!

Dude, that's just ... weird and freaky. Maybe he didn't look closely at your name and thought you were someone else? Or maybe he has got some creep using his account. *snugs* That's just creepy, creepy, creepy. *nods* *sends Ban to squash his head*

creepy indeed. *shivers* And I did tell him who I was early on in the conversation; thought it might shock him out of it. He just carried on.

That's just ... warped. I still hope it's someone else with his account but I think I would block him because ... eeeewwwww ...
