Dissertation: done done DONE all ten thousand, eight hundred something words of it and there was much rejoicing, yes. Although accompanied with a slight downer which is to be expected I suppose after mainlining adrenaline for three days straight. And therein might lie an explanation for why I am only now picking up life once again. Nothing beats post Dissertation depression like MARATHONING TWELVE KINGDOMS LIKE A CRAXY PERSON OMG THE AWESOME. :D

Have already forced anime society into watching first three episode on wednesday session. More also voted into watching on Saturday session. (I managed to bully people into watching up to episode seven taking full and shameless advatage of any friendships and now feel I can relax somewhat, confident in the inherent awesomeness of the series to carry the vote from now on. All the way through Taiki arc plz.)

Have just reached the end of the second Youko arc. Am now fondly looking forward to final En arc and hair pullings. Also hair kickings and other such special honeymoon antics. ;hearts; However, have also been reading novel translations along with watching. This has only inceased urge to kill usesless wates of screentime that could have been better spent to MOAR YOUKO AWESOME and MOAR TAIKI ADORABLE to nth degree of infinity. However, has also granted me MOAR TAIKI so still clutch translations (and wayback machine) to fluttering breast.

Speaking of:

Feel Gyousou needs severe head kicking for keeping things from Other Half. Unfortunatly, all he's going to GET from said other half is trembling fingers wrapped tentaively around his wrists and big eyes and a hushed 'Gyousou-sama...' as a dark head drifts to rest gently against his chest. Thus head kicking must be delegated to other interested parties.

And in a similar vein and because Takai-in-Hourai inspires this intense urge, the kind that has been known to produce badfic, to fix-it. Uh, it involves a crossover and a kirin from Genjyuu no Seiza by Akino Matsuri, the creator of petshop. Souki-dono, he of the 'brutal and twisted nature of cruelty,' he who could recognise which claiment is the true High Priest but prefers to ignore the 'boring squabble' of the other Guardian Beasts, he who threatens to destroy small island nations (japan), he who is Best Girl Friends Forever with Count D. They breed Kirin differently in Hourai, what can I say.
