And it's back to the waiting game again today, jobwise. *wry* Assuming that means I start on Wednesday.
Been a slow day. Read up on stuff for starting. Played a little Vagrant Story. Plotted a bit for NaNo. Also submitted descriptions for my two adult dragons to DragCave. *sheepish*
Made a Sausage Casserole for tea. It turned out very nice so copying basic recipie
here so I don't forget it.
Main ingredients: Six sausages, one to two leeks, tin of chopped tomatos (and garlic, I used, which was very nice.)
Skin the sausages and divide each one into three; roll the sections into balls. Brown the sausage balls in a pan with some olive oil and arrange in a casserole dish. Fry the leek. I added a spring onion, bit of leftover onion, garlic, squeeze of tomator puree and butter here as well. Add tinned tomatoes and bring to boil then let simmer. Add salt to taste. Tip into casserole dish, cover, and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees celcius for thirty minutes. Sprinkle generous amount of grated cheddar cheese over the top and serve.
