University Lecturers' Strike

katharosI am getting so very annoyed with this bloody strike. I'm not as bad off as some people; as a second year the worst that's happened to me personally is that coursework I handed in months ago still hasn't been marked. And it's not even so bad as that really; some of the lecturers have been wonderful, and even though they're on strike and offically refusing to mark coursework, they've marked it and told us what grade boundaries we fall into, only holding back the exact marks.
But like I said, for first and second years it's only an annoyance and frustration so far. For third years and people who and graduating this summer its a nightmare. They don't even know if they'll have a degree when they go looking for jobs. And I am getting very, very fed up of discovering email after email in my inbox full of whining and pointing fingers. It's all the other sides fault. They're the ones being unreasonably. It's all their fault that you students are being messed around with. Whine whine bitch moan.For God's sake you're supposed to be adults. Stop trying to drag us students into your fight!
