Thank God for 80s power ballads. This would be so much more emotionally traumatic otherwise.
Although Prowl's internals exploding out of his mouth will never not be traumatic thank you. Did the makers like being cruel to small children?

It's like they went: 'Oh heyz new toyline = PROFIT! Must get rid off previous line in the sales making machine to free up advertising space.' And totally forgot that the entire point of the cartoon was to make children emotionally invested in the characters so they would BUY the damn toys. And traumitising your customer base maybe not the best idea!
