I'd love to say it's just another of CLAMP's "oooh, let's do something shiny" moments, but I'm not so sure. A while ago I noticed that the Ashura-oh splash page and one of the Clow splash pages parallel each other. I wonder if they're going somewhere with the RG Veda references. (Favourite character + most hated character + parallel = brain goes boom)
Or maybe I'm just reading too much into things and it is just a case of Teh Pretty.
hmmmm... a disproportianetly large number of RG Veda certainly seem to turn up, don't they? I mean, the ruling monarch from Fye and Kurofane's worlds are from that series...
Well, I don't really have any objection if it means we get to see Kujaku and Tenoh again!
